Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices intact to facilitate a smooth approval process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund or Replacement

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your replacement will be dispatched or your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
